Each month the staff at Stoneseed are asked to nominate their colleagues as part of a recognition scheme, where they have seen hard work, over achievement or acts of kindness and helpfulness. The winner receives a £100 to donate to a charity of their choice.
We are delighted to say, this month Amy Baker has received the most nominations. Amy joined us just 4 months ago but has impressed her colleagues with how quickly she has got up to speed with our recruitment process. What we thought would take weeks, took just a few days and Amy made her first recruit within the first month. Recruitment is perhaps more critical now than it has ever been, Amy has not only risen to this challenge, but done so with positivity and enthusiasm. Many thanks Amy.
