Managing Director
Jamie is Managing Director and co-founder of Stoneseed, with more than 20 years’ IT industry experience: starting in the early days of Apple in the UK, then spending many enjoyable years with BT Lynx (now BT Engage) most latterly as Sales Director, most of Jamie’s career has been spent building long term client relationships. Along with David, Jamie launched the Stoneseed business back in 2009, creating one of the UK’s first PMaaS delivery teams. This model was initially built as a collaborative effort with Stoneseed’s earliest clients and its continued development is still very much grounded in strong client partnerships.
Professional Services Director
David has over 20 years experience in IT consulting, working with key organisations such as BT Engage IT and KPMG, before co-founding Stoneseed in 2009.
David’s experience working with a wide range of organisations across the UK and Europe give him unparalleled expertise in Business Continuity, ERP Solutions, Strategic Planning and IT Application Procurement.
He has led a variety of strategy, review and implementation projects, is an astute business systems analyst and a thought leader in the multisource and vendor management system environment. David is currently responsible for leading the Professional Services and IT Advisory business within Stoneseed.

Head of Project Management
Nicol is a specialist in delivery of large infrastructure programmes with multiple technical and business workstreams. She has 15 years’ experience in strategic Project Management, notably playing a key role in project delivery with BT Engage IT and Senior Project Management roles with Marconi Communications. Thanks to this experience, she offers significant software Project Management expertise to benefit your business as she now is responsible for leading the Project Management function within Stoneseed.
The Project Management team combines a formal structure process with “real life” experience and works closely with you to successfully deliver your business IT project on time and within budget without compromising on quality or business functionality.
Qualifications: MSc in Project Management, MSP Foundation & Practitioner and ITIL v3 Foundation
Finance Manager
Charlotte has worked in finance for the past 10 years in the manufacturing and service industry, and gained her chartered status in 2019. Working closely with the Stoneseed management team to create long term targets and provide meaningful management information to shareholders. Charlotte is responsible for management accounts, statutory reporting, cash flow analysis and management of the finance function.
Head of Marketing
Helen has over 20 years’ experience in IT marketing, including Computacenter, Digica and CommonTime. She has a passion for extolling the value that PMaaS can add to your business plan and is responsible for expanding Stoneseed’s circle of influence as a thought leader within the IT Project Management Services sector. At Stoneseed she is responsible for multiple platform communications and PR and marketing strategy development.
Head of Technical Advisory
David is an experienced Enterprise Architect and IT Consultant with a strong background in IT Strategy, Infrastructure architecture, IT service design and project and programme management. With 25 years’ experience working across an array of industries, from healthcare, construction and legal, to higher education and non-profits, David works with blue chip organisations to define and implement IT solutions aligned to support and enhance business performance. Typically, David will undertake a wide range of engagements including vendor and product selection, solution design, Managed Services specification, and Technical Governance of large-scale IT transformations.
Head of Client Engagement
With a strong background in delivering client focussed IT products and services, Dale brings a comprehensive skillset and perspective to Stoneseed’s client engagement team. Over the last 20 years, Dale has worked with a wide range of public and private sector organisations, working in numerous positions ranging from engineering and technical product management through to Pre-sales and business development. Working closely with Professional Services and Marketing, Dale and his team actively look to develop new business and he takes great enjoyment in helping clients meet and exceed their specified requirements.
Head of People Services
Emma has over 20 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role within the IT sector. Emma provides all the HR Support at Stoneseed, to include full employee life cycle, policy and procedure management, training and development and management of the recruitment and selection process. Previously working for Lynx Technology, BT IT Services and 5 years as an independent HR Consultant, Emma joined the Stoneseed Team in 2018.
