We are delighted to award Head of Client Engagement, Dale Beeton the Stoneseed Colleague Recognition Scheme for March.
Each month the staff at Stoneseed are asked to nominate their colleagues as part of a recognition scheme, where they have seen hard work, over achievement or acts of kindness and helpfulness. The winner receives a monetary amount of £100 to donate to a charity of their choice.
With a record number of nominations for a single month, Dale Beeton, has received the most nominations for his hard work. Despite the challenges of the last 12 months, we have managed to take on more new clients than in the previous year and we continue to build the sales pipeline.
Dale will be the first person to say this is a team effort from the whole of Sales and Marketing, but this team in particular wanted to recognise Dale’s efforts and attitude, not just in February, but over the last 12 months. Dale is a man, who in a crisis, knows how to keep calm and stick to his plan. Many thanks Dale.
