Each month the staff at Stoneseed are asked to nominate their colleagues as part of a recognition scheme, where they have seen hard work, over achievement or acts of kindness and helpfulness. The winner receives a £100 to donate to a charity of their choice.
We are delighted to say that this month, Alice Owen has been most widely recognised. Alice joined the recruitment team just under a year ago to support our efforts in finding talented people to join Stoneseed, not an easy task in the current climate; but one in which we have enjoyed increased success in the last couple of months.
For every successful candidate, there are also unsuccessful candidates, all of whom need managing in the same, polite and professional manner. So, its fantastic to see that Alice’s professionalism as been recognised not only by her existing colleagues and new starters, but also from candidates who didn’t quite make the grade.
