Parvinder explained “After two years spent at Center Parcs delivering a HR Business Change Project including replacing their legacy HR / Payroll system, I was honoured to be nominated for the Supplier of the Year awards by Center Parcs and duly attended their awards event.
Needless to say a lot of money spent and proves Center Parcs is a fantastic organisation, going the extra yard to recognise the good work of their suppliers in supporting and building on the Center Parcs brand.
So I was completely taken aback when I was named a winner and awarded the Outstanding Individual of the Year gong! Really chuffed to be recognised by peers, seniors and more importantly your customer for essentially doing your day job, and against 2000+ suppliers to be picked out as the stand out individual is very humbling (apparently a first win for an IT supplier). Center Parcs have kept me on for another year to deliver their GDPR programme (YIKES).”
