Amy Baker

Senior Resourcing Specialist

I’m Amy, I have worked in recruitment for several years, covering different industries and sectors. I like recruitment because its always evolving. To attract the best talent you have to try different strategies and collaborate with internal teams to ensure we do just that. At Stoneseed I am a Senior Resourcing Specialist, recruiting a team of Project Management and Technical Professionals who deliver services through a flexible, on-demand resourcing model, and I am responsible to finding and growing our pool of talent.

Emma Jordan

HR & Recruitment Manager

I’m Emma. I have over 20 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role within the IT sector. I currently provide all the HR Support at Stoneseed, including the management of the recruitment and selection process. I have a wealth of experience in IT recruitment and have invested my time improving and evolving the candidate journey within Stoneseed, aligning aspiring and career focussed candidates to engaging and rewarding roles using a very refined, slick process. My team and I strive to ensure all candidates maximise their potential throughout the recruitment and selection process, keeping them informed and providing feedback after the first stage interview, done via Teams, and second stage interview, held face-to-face at our Nottingham offices.

Alice Owen

Resourcing Specialist

I’m Alice, a Resourcing Specialist with Stoneseed who have allowed me to develop a career in recruitment within the project management space. Within my role, I am responsible for increasing our talented pool of Project Management and Technical Professionals and aim to deliver a quality recruitment process from first engagement through to setting up last stage interviews. I am also responsible for the technical running of the team to ensure we continue offer a smooth and collaborative process.
