I’m Amy, a Senior Projects, and Programmes recruitment specialist for Stoneseed. My primary responsibility is to attract Project Management and Technical professionals who can provide services through a flexible, on-demand resourcing model. The candidate journey is the most important aspect of my work, and we have honed our recruitment process over the last 3 years to make it a personal, professional, and sleek process. It is important for me to represent Stoneseed and our brand with pride and enthusiasm. As a skilled interviewer, I can efficiently gather key information while ensuring candidates feel comfortable and at ease.

I’m Emma, and head up the HR and Recruitment function here at Stoneseed. I have over 20 years’ experience in Recruitment within the IT sector and have embedded a proficient recruitment and selection process within Stoneseed to attract, nurture and hire the best talent. We have worked hard to improve and evolve the candidate journey, taking pride in expertly aligning candidates to roles that they will find both engaging and rewarding. We believe we have honed a very refined and efficient process and strive to ensure all candidates maximise their potential, keeping them well informed throughout, providing detailed feedback after the first stage interview, usually held via MS Teams, and second stage interview, carried out face-to-face at our Nottingham offices.

Projects, and Programmes Recruitment Specialist

I’m Alice, a Projects and Programmes Recruitment Specialist with Stoneseed. I began my journey into recruitment with Stoneseed 2 years ago and now hold a Level 3 Certificate in In-House Recruitment to ensure we provide an excellent process from first engagement through to last stage interviews. I pride myself on being personable and approachable from the beginning with candidates to ensure they showcase their best self. As an REC Member, I strive on ensuring we comply with the Code of Professional Practice, and ensure we are up to date on the market. I am also responsible for the technical running of the team to ensure we continue to offer a smooth and collaborative process.
