Each month the staff at Stoneseed are asked to nominate their colleagues as part of a recognition scheme, where they have seen hard work, over achievement or acts of kindness and helpfulness. The winner receives a £100 to donate to a charity of their choice.
I am delighted to say that Business Analyst, Natalie Adamson has received the most nominations including some very detailed feedback from a number of her colleagues. Natalie has only been with Stoneseed since February, but she has stepped up at pace delivering complex BA services at one of our leading Clients, not shied away from difficult conversations, translated complexity into structure in the client environment and been a pleasure to work with, a great advert for the Team.
